The Next Hearing process is quite simple. When you contact us and provide us with some basic information, we will identify a local provider in your area who will contact you directly. Your Next Hearing local provider will be able to answer questions, and schedule your free initial exam and consultation. If hearing aids are recommended, your provider will present the best options for you at the prices that you have seen on our website. Once you and your provider have settled on the best option for you, you'll be well on your way to better hearing and saving money!

What types of payment do you accept?

Next Hearing allows each of their network providers to establish their own policies regarding accepted payment types. Most commonly, providers will accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Additionally, most providers will offer a financing option such as Care Credit, allowing patients to make monthly payments for their hearing needs.

Next Hearing prices are so much lower than I was quoted. What's the catch?

If you've been to a traditional hearing aid clinic lately and have been quoted a price for a certain hearing aid, you may be wondering how we are able to offer the same thing for so much less. What's the catch? The truth is there is no catch and the answer is simple. We have negotiated the lowest possible prices for you, the patient, and then found a hearing care professional in your area who is happy to participate in our network in order to provide you better hearing at a lower price.

What's included with my purchase?

Personalized hearing aid fitting: Based on the results of your hearing test, your local Next Hearing provider will professionally fit and fine-tune your new hearing aids to your unique needs.

Full manufacturer warranty: All hearing aids purchased through Next Hearing include a full manufacturer warranty. Unless otherwise indicated, warranties are 3 years and are all-inclusive, covering loss, damage, and mechanical breakdown. In the case of loss, a deductible fee may apply. Ask your Next Hearing provider about your specific model.

45 day 100% risk-free evaluation period: Once your hearing aids have been fitted, you'll have 45 days to evaluate them. All appointments with your local provider during your 45 day evaluation period are included at no additional cost. Your provider will work with you during your trial period to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your selection and that your technology is working for you.

Follow-up care: Once your 45 day evaluation period has concluded, you are entitled to additional follow-up appointments during your first year of ownership at no additional cost. After your first year of ownership office visits, your Next Hearing provider may bill for additional appointments at a rate of $35 for appointments lasting 30 minutes or less, and $65 for appointments lasting 30 minutes or longer.

I've seen lower prices on other websites. Why should I purchase through Next Hearing?

We realize that in your internet research you may have come across pricing on certain models that is even lower than what is listed on our site. Some web sites will sell the instruments directly to you without the benefit of a local professional. They will claim that the hearing aids can simply be sized and programmed remotely and sent to you in the mail. They will also claim that finding a local professional is easy and that if you need hearing aid care or maintenance you will be able to find a professional who will service your hearing aids for a low fee. None of this is true. In order for you to truly maximize the benefit you will receive from your hearing care investment, you should be seen by a real person, someone who will listen to you and your needs and personalize the technology to make your life better. If you spend any money at all, you want to have something that will really solve the problem at hand, and do what you want it to do. The qualified hearing professional is a crucial part of achieving that goal.

Will Next Hearing accept my health insurance?

As you may already know, many health insurance plans exclude hearing aids from coverage, however some plans do offer help. Coverage varies from plan to plan and from state to state. We allow each of our Next Hearing network providers to establish their own policies and procedures regarding the processing of insurance benefits. Please check with your local professional regarding your specific plan.

How long will it take to get my hearing aids?

The average time between your order and your fitting is about one week. In some cases that process can be expedited if needed. Talk with your local Next Hearing professional if you'd like to be fit as soon as possible.

Why can't I find the specific model I was looking for?

On our website, you will find prices for the most current, most popular, and most common models from the leading manufacturers. We do have pricing for almost any other model on the market. If you are interested in a model you don't see on our site, or if you've been quoted a price on a different model and are curious how our price would compare please contact us, and let us know what you're interested in.
